These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.rapha-organics.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Rapha Organics Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. About our products
Our product, "Not My Grain™," is a botanical cooling roll-on registered as a cosmetic product. The descriptions of our botanical ingredients reflect traditional use and are not intended as medical claims. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have sensitive skin or allergies, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and ingredient list, keep away from the eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. We recommend a patch test before first use.
3. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
4. Presale orders
We are currently taking presale orders. Before you place your order, we provide the following pre-contract information as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
- Launch date: 3 August 2026.
- Dispatch: presale orders are dispatched within 5 days of launch. Estimated dispatch and delivery timings are estimates only and may change; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
- Price: £29 (RRP £35), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Payment: the full presale price is charged at checkout via Shopify when you place your order.
- Cancellation: you can cancel a presale order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing hello@rapha-organics.com. Your statutory 14-day cancellation rights after delivery still apply (see section 8 and our Returns & Refunds Policy).
- If we are unable to fulfil your presale order, for example if launch is significantly delayed or cancelled, we will refund you in full.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and will refund any payment taken.
6. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- The presale price is £29 (RRP £35). Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to the addresses stated at checkout.
- Delivery timings are estimates. For presale orders, delivery follows dispatch at launch.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Your right to cancel and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you generally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase, subject to certain exceptions for sealed cosmetic and hygiene products once opened.
9. Faulty goods and your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at hello@rapha-organics.com.
10. Our liability
- We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for personal, domestic use.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, branding, and the "Not My Grain™" and "Rapha Organics" names, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
